Lovely stay
Lovely hotel, very well presented. Rooms are stylish and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty too. Not a hudge Breakfast but still really nice.

Great Central Hotel with amazing Restaurant
Really nice modern hotel and Restaurant. Very easy to find in lower town and an ideal base. Free parking at the back, just behind a sweet courtyard for outside dining/drinking. We were greeted by Jonathan who was really friendly and attentive and showed us to our room. We were staying overnight as we were attending an event at the Rugby club just down the road. We'd heard good things about the Thalio Asion Street food restaurant in the hotel, we checked out the menu and boy it didn't dissapoint! Superb food and service. Lovely breakfast to order was included. Bar and restaurant were lovely and finely decorated for a cosy drink. Our double room with sofa was spacious and clean. A great overall experience. Would highly recommend the Falcon and Thalio restaurant and would definitely visit again when in the area.

Overpriced for a very basic room and breakfast
We stayed at the Falcon for one night. The Hotel is tastefully decorated, but our room was very small. The bed was shorter and narrower than a standard double and the furniture small in order to squeeze it into the available space. I thought the room was overpriced. At breakfast the staff were pleasant but the food was very basic and the selection very limited.

Lovely hotel. Staff were very helpful, room was clean and comfortable, and not noisy despite facing the road. Breakfast was good both days, and I highly recommend dinner in their restaurant.

Hotel is lovely. Unfortunately needs some adjustment. There is no curtains, so you are awake as soon as its light. Would obv be worse in the summer when its light at 5am. We had a room on the front of the hotel, there is a drain cover that bangs each time a car goes over. Something that should be looked at. Also the room was very dark were the mirror was, we had to move the light so we could get ready. I asked on arrival the bar closure time. The kind receptionist said 10.30. The email that was sent to us 2 days prior to check in says 12. Apart from that. Lovely

Toilets like a diesel generator
I assume Room 15 is the worst in the hotel. The big issue is the macerator toilet. Running either tap for 10 seconds causes a noise like Diesel generator for a few seconds. Flushing the toilet has the same noise longer & louder, like being in a bus garage more than a hotel room. To be fair we saw the funny side, but this room should not be priced as it was. Also black mould in the shower.

Enjoyed very much our stay. Relaxed atmosphere, clean tidy stylish hotel. It Resturant was a pop up street food Thai which was amazing and very busy for a Wednesday evening. Had a few cocktails at the bar which were very pleasant. Overall this is a little gem of a place 👍

Room was disappointing
Rooms dated and not particularly clean. Still had shampoos from previous occupant in the bathroom and dead flies on window sill. Damp behind the wall paper near in the wall near the windows. Bathroom really dated and in need of a refresh.

Great value for a short stay
Hotel staff were new but eager to please. Hotel itself was good, bathroom was a little tied, room itself was reasonable size and had all the facilities required. Breakfast was again reasonable given the COVID issues. Location was very good and handy for all amenities. The decor was excellent and made for a comfortable pre evening drink with reasonable bar prices.parking was just behind the hotel and was inclusive in the price

Good breakfast choices & freshly made. Room servicing was poor - out of date biscuits, no extra toilet rolls, room found unlocked when we returned during the day. Decor downstairs excellent but bedrooms a little tired. Staff could have been more welcoming.
