"Nice property. Beautiful grounds. I struggle with the access to the hotel and the coordination with airport transfer. I would have been better off using Uber for the airport transfer as the driver was not at the airport when I arrived and I had to wait 20 minutes and was uncertain if anyone would Even show. No response from their what’s app. It was late at night but that is why I prearranged the transfer. Also late at night returning to hotel you have to wake them up which then makes you feel like you are inconveniencing the staff. I ended up waiting for several minutes ringing bell outside of hotel until I was let in. I hope they can improve this system, or just have a night person who stays awake at desk. I also checked out and no one was there to take the key so I just had to leave it at the desk. This is probably better for people who only leave the hotel from 8am - 8pm or so."
