I loved this hotel

I love this hotel. Conveniently located, friendly staff, room was warm and comfortable, hot water shower great, bedding very comfortable, TV worked fine, safe, accessible to major avenues. Great value for the money. Will definitely return here!

This is a great place to stay if you’re in town for a few days with a limited budget. The facility is modern, clean and located in a safe area. It’s about a 10-15 min walk from everything with cafes, restaurants and shops along the way. The staff is professional and friendly. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The rooms are small which is why I wouldn’t recommend for a long stay. Great value!

Well located, friendly staff. Good room for a few days for 2 people. Very nice shower. Beds could be slightly bigger although they are single twins. Walkable distance to everything in Miraflores.

It is a basic place to spend the night. No frills. Good A/C, very small and very basic breakfast, no water or ice unless you pay. No keeping your luggage unless you pay 3 dollars per day.

Just what I needed...

This hotel is absolutely, exactly what every average traveler dreems to get when booking a room in a hotel. It is well situated, a block away from the main public transport "el metropolitano", a few blocks walking from touristic downtown "Miraflores" and "Barranco" artistic district. The room is perfectly clean, with good air conditioning, bed is super comfortable, and I could go on and on with the superlatives to describe this wonderful hotel. For the price I got at the time, it was the perfect hotel for my needs.

If you don't want to pay a lot, but stay in a luxury Miraflores area with 15 min walk to nice ocean beach, huge shopping mall. 10 min to restaurants, and in the same time quiet and clean - this is the place. The room was freshly renovated, bath is new and overall the hotel is very clean and new. We were missing coffee/tea kettle in the room and fridge (at least small). But maybe it's too high expectations for 45USD per night. Overall - recommended.

Since I checked in late at night I can’t yet say if the location is good. But, my room (I am travelling solo) has a nice queen size bed, clean bathroom and window (not much of a view). There is no mini fridge (wish there was) but there is a hairdryer. Giant mini split in room, so I suspect the air conditioning and heat are both excellent. This time of year (April) I only need to leave window open.

The hotel location was great. The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the fact that the day tour companies picked up at this location. What really made this hotel shine was that the front desk help I received from staff member Ximena over several days regarding points of interest, restaurants and store locations was extremely helpful.

The property is well located and close to Larco Avenue, which is the main avenue in Miraflores with plenty of shopping to do, restaurants, casinos, Larcomar and Kennedy Park!! I am originally from Peru and live now in the U.S., and when I travel to Lima I always stay in Miraflores. I have tried different hotels/apartments and this is very convenient if you are traveling alone or just your spouse. No laundry services, fridge or coffee in the rooms...but that's absolutely fine with me! The room did have a safe though.
