"The room was clean. But the ice maker on the refrigerator was broken. I turned it on and water pooled all over the kitchen floor. It was the weekend so no maintenance personnel's were there. They gave us a bunch of towels to clean up the mess. And housekeeping did not replenish our wash clothes and towels when they came in. My husband also said that the lobby bathroom smelled like urine. Things don't seem up to par. This experience was different from my previous stay."
