Non-working Hot Tub

First of all, I would give the place a 5 star if the hot tub was working and we didn't have to haul away our garbage. We selected this space because it had a hot tub, which is really important in the winter after you've been skiing/snowboarding all day. When we arrived the hot tub was half empty with water and would not heat. It also had several feet of snow on the cover so it obviously hadn't been inspected in a while. I notified the company on Thursday after we arrived that there was an error message and it was not heating. I didn't get a response so i called and they said they were contacting the on-site maintenance team. They never showed up. So I text them and called again on Friday, I got the same response. They were on it and would keep me posted. They never kept me posted. I called again on Saturday and said the same thing, begging for just one night of a hot tub as promised, same response and nobody ever came to take care of it. I text them and emailed them asking if we could get some sort of a refund since the amenities were not as promised, and have heard nothing. I would've stayed somewhere else less expensive had I known it would not have a hot tub. Then I received an automated text message asking for a review, and if there was anything else they could do to make the stay enjoyable. Well, here's your review.
