"This hotel is very busy and I had booked two rooms for my son’s wedding on Good Friday. I had contacted the hotel before my stay to ensure that we had twin rooms - I had previously booked them and thought I had paid in advance, but they said I hadn’t and advised that if rebooked through the method I wished to use, that although it would say King Size they would immediately change them to the twins I had booked - they suggested I not cancel the twins until I had booked the king size rooms just in case they sold out. I spoke directly with the Hotel after booking and was assigned the twin rooms instead of king size. So imagine our shock, disappointment and dismay when the beds were Ming Size and not Twin Beds! This was not acceptable and such a bad thing especially because I was called a few days later by Delta saying that the booking was cancelled and I said Yes, because I had rebooked and had spoken with the Hotel directly! So did this guy do something to my arrangements? I don’t know but at £150 plus £27 for breakfast x2 rooms for 1 night - the least I would expect is getting the correct bed configuration!"

"We had a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable stay at The Granary at Newage Farm. The property is beautifully designed and spotlessly clean, and we both felt that every little detail had been attended to. During our three night stay, we couldn't think of a single thing that we needed that had not been provided, and our host was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. We both loved the fact that the host was there for us if we needed assistance, but also totally respected our privacy. We had originally intended to drive to local sites, but as we live not too far away and can visit another time, we decided to have a total detox from our routine, and spent the whole time reading, cooking lovely meals and walking in the countryside with our labradoodle, leaving the car in the drive way. Of particular note for me was the lighting in the property; I love cozy but also practical lighting, and that was exactly what we got in every single room. The beds and bedding were also gorgeous and extremely comfortable, with spectacular views from all rooms and bedrooms over the Kent countryside. The silence at night - except of course for the hooting of a local owl- was splendid as we live on a busy street at home. Silence is indeed golden. Highly recommended, and without any reservation."

"Very comfortable house, easy for 6 people, well equipped kitchen. Hospitable hosts. Is a barn so there's some spiders and flies. But overall great house. Quite area, lovely views."

"A wonderful weekend at the complex for a family and friends gathering. Children and adults amused all weekend in the wonderful and beautiful facilities. Highly recommended for big groups but also very cosy and enabling us to all be together."

"Absolutely idyllic spot, with gorgeous pastoral views across the village church and rolling hills. Cosy and warm even though we were staying in sub zero British wintertime temperatures! The character features of the building were so appealing to us as antipodeans. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay and was sparkling clean, the welcome basket of biscuits and wine much appreciated . Would not hesitate to come again. "

"Clean, spacious house with plenty of bedrooms and well stocked kitchen. We had 17 adults stay here which meant using 2 cottages and the house. We stayed here for Christmas and cooked at the house for 17, the kitchen was very well stocked for this with all the equipment we required for cooking. The only down side was the sofa beds were realistically only 1 person beds not doubles."

"A good host who was very responsive. Great set of 3 cottages shared by 9 of us comfortably over the holiday season. Plenty of kitchen equipment for all our culinary needs… brilliant!!"

"The rooms and bedding’s were not clean and I asked for my money back, it was point blank refused, they also left a used bottle of water for me, also, there were unused in the fridge that were smelling."
