The bed was very uncomfortable along with the pillows, hurt my ears. Tried the pull out sofa instead this wasn't any better. We were to leave on Sunday but chose to leave on Saturday due to very little sleep.

Very close to Main Street! Only a couple of blocks away. Beautiful running creek directly behind condo. Can see it easily from the balcony, and hear it while you sleep! Couldn’t find the code to use the hot tub ☹️

The vacasa people were all very nice. The condo was cleaned well and there were fresh towels in the bathroom and clean pans in the kitchen. I was disappointed with how poorly maintained the unit was. It seemed like no one had done maintenance on it in years... here are some my findings. 1. The oven is diagonally aligned so that when you open the oven door you are forced to open the fridge door. This is a fire hazard and it can get someone burned. 2. The bathtub does not drain. How has this not been fixed? It makes me think the maids didn’t clean the bathtub or else they would have noticed. 3. The cabinet doors are broken and fall off 4. The couch is falling apart and needs to be replaced (check Rooms to Go, they’re so cheap). 5. The pillows were paper thin. I can tell the maids work hard to clean the place but the owners need to step up and make some updates and fixes. This apartment looks like it hasn’t been touched since 1985.

The layout of the condo was perfect for 2. The furnishings were charming. The hot tub is just steps away. It feels secluded with a lovely big tree next to the window. Everyone was quiet. The snowflake lift is within walking distance. We'd love to make this our go-to property when in Breckenridge

Look no further this place is amazing!
I highly recommend this place. We stayed in Unit 314. It was clean, comfortable, and there were many personal touches that made it so nice. We were so comfortable. The location is also absolutely perfect. It is walking distance to town (easily). There are also nature trails right out the front door. We will stay there again. It also should be noted that we accidentally had to check out late, and the property manager was absolutely wonderful. Nothing could have made this stay better.

Excellent customer service
Customer service here is amazing. My room was too hot, so they upgraded me to a cooler room. I think there are some central heating issues with the building. Stairwell was very warm, but found individual thermostats within units are not operational. Kitchens are a big convenience, and decor is very mountain traditional. All premium channels on television. Washing machines downstairs 1 washer and dryer, though they don’t work too well. Older building, but pretty good deal for the price.

The check in lady was nice to let us check in early but she was not very friendly any of the times we saw her. Our room was dirty, the people before us must of had a dog, there was dog hair everywhere. I had to borough a vacuum cleaner to pick it up and clean all the floors and curtains. The main bed was super hard. It was nice to have a kitchen and the slopes were just out side the door.

Our stay at wildwood was great. Our room was a good size for me and my bf. I would recommend wildwood to family and friends. It's also close to everything but bc there was so much snow we drove.

Overnight trip
We had a great time in Breck! We had one night and enjoyed it. They have all the amenities needed for a good few nights, full kitchen, appliances, kitchen table and living space. The condo was very clean and well kept. I would stay here again!

Sorry about the low number of drinking glasses, I am happy to report we restocked them with brand new ones within seconds of this being brought to our attention. Our on-site front desk is staffed from 9am to 5pm. Outside of office hours, assistance is available via our after-hours phone answering service.

I'm very sorry to hear about the barking dogs. We are very diligent about making sure our guests with pets are responsible and do not disturb others in the complex. The front desk is open from 9am to 5pm. On-call service is provided outside of business hours via the after-hours call service.

Great housing option!
We enjoyed our stay at Wildwood! Our room overlooked a small creek--we loved hearing the water all times of day. It was also an easy walk to downtown. We loved being able to cook our own meals, and it felt like a home away from home. We would stay there again!

Good location, walking distance from main street and the gondola lift. The place is good for family. It has a nice hottub in the back. During our stay, the coomon area was a bit too hot. One thing to have in mind if you ook online that there is a $35 cleanning fee on top of the rate.

Nice room but atrocious service
The property was nice, but the smoke alarms went off for no reason during the middle of the night in our unit, as well as multiple times in the morning. Additionally, the hot tub was broken, but this amenity was one of the primary reasons that we selected this hotel for accommodations while skiing. When we questioned when it would be repaired, the reception gave little more than a dumb look and a shrug of the shoulders. Lastly, despite having arranged a late check-out, the hotel attempted to charge my credit card for an extra night, which is unacceptable.

Clean stay in breckenridge, but outdated
I had to sleep on the pull out, which was so uncomfortable, since the mattress was so thin the bars dug into you. Hotel isn't ADA compliant, so the only way up or down is via stairs. Hallway to get to your room was very old and outdated, reminded me of an old creepy hotel, our door looked like it was kicked in before, and the back door lock was a piece of wood holding it shut. Other than that, the room was nice, clean, and cozy, was just expecting a little more for the price. We stayed thanksgiving, so we didn't have any service, as they were out that day, but the room was sufficiently stocked so we were okay. I'd probably go back, if nicer, more updated hotels weren't available.. hotel was close to the town, and walking distance to a ski lift, so that was a plus!

First and last visit
The room we were given was not in the best shape. The fan in living room did not work. The horizontal.blinds in front of sliding doors were missing 5 blind strips. There were several other issues. Not the quality I would expected.

Nice condo/close to everything/would stay again
Great location - minutes from town center with lots of shops, restaurants, snow equipment , etc.,close to grocery store. Staff - responsive, requested a fan - received it almost immediately, only took 1 key when checking in, misplaced it after hours, staff was there with another key within minutes. Condo itself very cozy, clean, kitchen had all amenities - refrigerator/freezer combo, stove, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, etc. Has a balcony with 2 chairs - great to enjoy the 2 1/2 hours of snow that came down. Bed very comfortable. Local paper supplied at front desk every day.

Great location, clean, can't complain
The place was comfortable, clean, and stocked with everything we needed for a week. We were in CO for the Leadville 100 MTB race, and it was an easy drive from here to there. Good food delivery options if you're too tired after a day of physical activity as well.
