Great shopping, restaurants, and the gondola are only 5 minutes away plus there is a convenient shuttle stop within walking distance. On property, the spacious residence offers plenty of room for the entire group with living areas on both levels, a private office for virtual commuters, an amazing eat-in kitchen with bar seating, spacious bedrooms three of which are en-suites, as well as a fun bunk room for the kids. For extra convenience and accessibility, use the newly installed elevator to move between the multi-level space. Luxury, privacy, and incredible mountain views make this the perfect spot to create memories on your next Colorado vacation.

Perfect for a family ski weekend in Breckenridge

Beautiful property with plenty of space for our multi-generational family of 7. We so appreciate that you take pets! The property managers have thought of every detail with so many nice little touches. We particularly appreciated the nice hot tub after a day on the slopes.

Wonderful Stay in Breck

This property was amazing. It was clean, spacious and located in a quiet neighborhood not far from the center of town. We had 5 adults and two kids and everyone had plenty of space. We will definitely stay here again!

Colorado Family Fun

Great stay at this large home a short walk to town. Loved the hot tub and open kitchen. Lots of wildlife seen from its windows, fox and moose sightings daily. Highly recommend for a comfy family stay.

The perfect home

Outstanding!

This is our second time staying in this gorgeous home and, once again, it did not disappoint. Plenty of space for the seven of us to gather together and yet enough room to have quiet time when needed. Gorgeous views, great hot tub, very comfortable and well stocked.

Winter Paradise

Such a beautiful, spacious home! Close to Main Street and gondola parking. Fireplaces throughout, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, elevator for easy access up & down (especially once in ski suit), roomy hot tub and great views of the snow falling. This house was perfect! Very nice and clean and had everything we needed. It was so nice that we were able to bring our two dogs with us. We will definitely stay here in the future. Communication was great, and they were kind enough to give us a slightly later checkout time. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely would come back!

This was an awesome property for my group of adult friends to enjoy a long ski weekend. The location was great, the accommodations were as described, kitchen incredibly well stocked (including things like a food processor and stand mixer!), and check in was super easy. Didn’t utilize the shuttle service but we did seem close to a few stops to hop on Breck Free Ride. Also still can’t get over how luxurious the master bedroom/bathroom was. Highly recommend this property!!

Perfect getaway

Aspen Grove Chalet was perfect in many ways. River Ridge Rentals was easy to communicate with, the house was clean, and well stocked with amenities. The location was great. It was an easy drive to Main Street, close to the City Market grocery store, and had beautiful views of the mountains. It’s a direct drive down to the Gondolas and at the top of the street is a stop for the Breckenridge buses. When we come back to Breckenridge, we will definitely consider staying here again.

Ideal property for our family weekend. Ages ranged from 2 - 76. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. Nice walking path right outside. Property manager checked with us daily to make sure we were comfortable. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would.

Wonderful venue for group of 8

We came to celebrate my 70th bday here, with our adult children and spouses. We had a lovely time, circled around the central fireplace, playing board games and making meals and drinks. Hot tub was a big hit! The master bedroom was amazing, as were the en-suites downstairs. Everyone commented on how well-equipped the kitchen was. The appliances are top of the line, lots of prep space, and plenty of dishes & cutlery. We were thrilled to call it home for a long weekend.

Clean, well maintained, and the kitchen was stocked better than our kitchen at home. My wife loved the Wolf stove/oven and now wants one! The hot tub was great after hiking all day. Location was great with easy accessibility to Main Street. Due to weather, we ended up staying an extra day and River Ridge was very accomodating to work with.

Breckenridge Thanksgiving

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The ice maker wasn’t working but my husband was able to repair it. There weren’t significant areas of mold/ mildew in the Master shower. I purchased Clorox with bleach spray cleaner and cleaned the areas of mold. I sent pictures to the text message number. We were also short on towels for the number of guests. I notified the contact number and a very nice employee brought us more towels. The carpet in the Master closet is very stained and there was a smell of urine as possibly a pet accident. I purchased Lysol and sprayed the carpet. This is the third time we have rented this home. The location is beautiful with views of the mountains slopes. The kitchen is wonderful for a large group cooking together. The living area is spacious. We would recommend this property and hope to return soon.
