Never topped up coffee milk etc. sundries which you had to pay for were missing which could have lead to being charged for something we did not have. Had to remind reception twice of this. But would stop there again as overall experience was good "

"The lift was out of order for the 3 days that I was there. I was on the 3rd floor and not impressed. Should have been repaired immediately!"
