Lovely village location and well equipped property

The house size and location worked really well for us as we stayed with friends and their kids. There were beautiful walks from the village and we really liked the local pub. The property had a cottage feel but this meant there wasn't much sound insulation from the busy road in two of the bedrooms. The garden and terraced area out the front was better than we thought and was great to hang washing out and the kids to play.

Great for a family group

We had a lovely stay over half term with family. Plenty of sleeping space for my husband and I, out two children, grandparents and brother and niece. Well equipped and comfortable and great location for exploring the north Devon beaches. Kids loved the little play park next door. Used the outside deck area a lot. No outside table a chairs but we had brought our own camping chairs with us so it didn’t really matter. Lovely stay.
