Croyde village is within a short walking distance with a selection of traditional pubs, bars and bistros if you fancy dining out rather than eating in, but if you do decide to stay at home, Cockleshells modern kitchen has all the amenities you'll need for catering for your family.

The back door leads out to set of steps and an enclosed courtyard garden.

The family bathroom comprises of a bath with shower over, washbasin and W.C.

Garden furniture and coal BBQ is provided for al fresco dining. Fully enclosed rear garden of patio and shingle with rear garage access for secure storage for surfboards, wetsuits or bikes.
