Spacious two bedroom, two bathroom condo located in the gated Pointe Royale Golf Resort with its many amenities minutes away from all your favorite Branson area attractions including Silver Dollar City, the theater district, Branson Landing and Table Rock Lake.

Full kitchen with dishwasher and all the dishes and utensils you’ll need to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. Bar seating as well as spacious dining area.

Step into the living room with ample windows providing natural light to enjoy your favorite TV show or movie on the Smart TV with cable.

For sleeping arrangements, each bedroom offers a king size bed and the living room sofa folds out into a queen size sleeper.

Master suite offers a spacious bathroom with double sinks and a walk in shower. Additional full bathroom in the living area with ample space and bath tub.

Located just around the corner from the Club House, Pro Shop and the many amenities the community has to offer.

Pointe Royale amenities available to guests include two outdoor swimming pools, one indoor swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, splash pad for kids, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts as well as two playgrounds, a hiking trail and fishing.

We enjoyed staying at Smiley House. We thought the Point Royale location was perfect. Great amenities, clean property and comfy beds. Would definitely stay again!
