Into The Woods by Roaming Home Properties is a newly updated condo in the heart of Bransons entertainment district, right off the Branson Strip. You won't find a more convenient location! Overlooking Thousand Hills Golf course, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a king bed with attached bath in one room, and a large second bedroom with 2 queen beds and attached bath. Relax on the covered patio and enjoy the peaceful view of the mature trees and golf course. Take a dip in the community pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day). This is a walk-in level condo, with only a slight curb to entry.

At just over a mile from the strip, you don't get much closer to all the shows, shopping and fun that Branson has to offer. You'll be a few minutes drive to Dolly Parton's Stampede, Wonder Works, The Titanic Museum, Tanger Outlets, The Branson Aquarium at the Boardwalk, Fritz's Adventure and The Branson Coaster, just to name a few! Not to mention incredible food and desserts, with Hurts Donuts being a family favorite. The Branson Landing and Table Rock Lake are just 10 minutes away and Silver Dollar City is less than 20 minutes.

House Rules and Helpful Info:

-A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking.

-$200 security deposit hold is required.

-Check-in after 4pm, Check-out before 10am.

-No Animals or Pets An additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged for animals brought into the home and you will be asked to leave immediately. Thank you for your understanding.

NO smoking- An additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged.

-Must be 25+ years old to book.

-Travel insurance is recommended, as no refunds can be given for weather/ illness or other items out of our control.

ITEMS PROVIDED:

-Linens and towels.

-Liquid hand soap and dish soap

-Initial supply of coffee (No one should have to go without coffee the first morning after traveling!)

-Initial supply of the following:

Dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels. *You may need to buy extra depending on your group size and length of stay*

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
The address is 200 Golf View Drive Unit D5, Branson, MO 65616.

The Condo is in Building D, Unit 5. It is the first building when you pull into The Club Condo development. Unit 5 is on the left side of the building.

The easiest way to navigate is to tap "MAP" on the bar right at the bottom of your screen. Once on the map you will see the blue house icon. This is where you are staying. Simply click it and then click "get directions". It will open Google Maps and the end point (where you're staying!) will be filled in. You simply need to type in your starting point.
