"Good value for the money. The whole place was clean but it could use updating and there were a few things that needed repair or replacing. The couch cushions were peeling, there was no stopper for the kitchen sink, and at least one downspout was in need of replacing. It could use something for sound absorption like throw rugs or curtains. We could hear noise around us and it wasn’t very busy during our stay. "Great condo in a quiet area. It was clean and comfortable. Good space for 5. 2 kids in the loft queen bed, one on the couch (we did not use the hideabed), and mom and dad in the bedroom king. Plenty of space, having 2 bathrooms was great, and we all slept well. We used the kitchen for breakfast only, but had all we needed. The only issue we had was parking was pretty limited. It did seem to be a pretty busy weekend though."

"The condo was decorated very nicely. With the fold out bed in the living room, there was plenty of space for five adults. The beds were comfortable. It was so relaxing setting out on the back porch overlooking the stream that flowed into a pond and watching the wildlife in the mornings and evenings. It is on the second floor, so it would not be appropriate for individuals who cannot do stairs."

"Just in for a one night stay on the way to view the total eclipse and were very happy with our visit! Condo wasvery inviting and "user friendly". Will probably revisit."

"Our family enjoyed our stay. Our host was kind and responsive. The beds and pillows were very comfy. Check-out was a breeze! It was our first time to have a Condo experience at a VRBO so we weren't used to hearing footsteps overhead but it wasn't bad."

"Wonderful, very clean & well appointed room. The 2 fireplaces & very large bath were so relaxing. Fantastic bathroom & shower. A large balcony overlooking the color changing fountain. Great ambience!"

"The staff is super friendly from the guard shack to the bar/restaurant staff and front desk clerks. Overall the marina is just a small place to fish no amenities it could be an awesome spot. Our house needed maintenance work done. For a resort of this size the pools are small."
