The apartment was very clean, & owner was quick to respond to questions. I liked how bedrooms were separated by living room and kitchen space, & each had their own full bathroom. Because it was cool the night we stayed, it would've been nice to open the windows, but there were no screens & with folks walking along outside hall/walkway, we had to run the AC. Overall, a satisfying overnight!

Beautiful, Clean & Cozy

We absolutely loved this place! It was extremely clean & cozy. The beds & couch were super comfortable, I slept like a baby with the dark curtains. Also loved the decor, they even put up a small Christmas tree, which was a beautiful touch. Will definitely stay here again

Impromptu weekend getaway

This property was clean and equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Location was perfect! We were easily able to walk to the Branson Landing or surrounding stores. The host was very easy to work with and promptly responded to my messages. My only suggestion is to bring an extra pillow!

The couch was very uncomfortable. That is my only complaint. VERY nice condo. Well stocked. Handy location for everything in Branson. I wouldn't hesitate for one second to stay here again

Wonderful stay at The Landing Place

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was perfect for our girl's getaway. The location is close to everything but still quiet. The kitchen and bathrooms were very nicely stocked and had everything we needed. The condo was very clean and roomy and really like the layout with each of the bedrooms have direct access to a bathroom. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Our trip was in November so of the course the pool was not open, but it looked really nice. Beth is awesome to work with. I've rented houses several times in the past and always check Beth's Breakaway for rentals any time we are visiting Branson. Thank you, Beth.

Beth's has the best rental homes and condos, always clean and comfortable with a touch of Christianity in each room.

We rented the condo on the 3rd floor, it was quiet, bathrooms were conveniently located near the bedrooms, kitchen was nicely equipped with all necessary items to prepare a meal.

Overall a very pleasing stay, unit was impeccably clean and well maintained. I WOULD suggest servicing the AC units - bedroom unit not cooling adequately, and it wouldn’t hurt to provide more than 1 trash bag.

"Sofa" bed was just a couch put together, not a traditional bed that pulled out of the couch. It would not stay together, some pieces did not click in place. Uncomfortable to sleep on. We need more places to hang wet towels.
