We communicated several times with the host before our visit, promptly answered. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking/serving. Beds were comfortable. The house was clean and temperature comfortable on a hot weekend.We would definitely book again for a Brandywine visit."

You might want to bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as the floors are squeaky and there is a tenant who lives upstairs. I had no problems with my ear plugs in at night "
