"Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. "The stay was perfect for a quick trip 2-night stay in and out. When we needed towels we texted them and housekeeping was there in 5 minutes. When I needed a Togo plate because our Uber was coming quicker than we thought - a staff member went out of his way to find one (he didn’t have to do that but did). Thank you for great customer service and we will be back!"

"My dad and I had a nice stay at this property. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. You might want to bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as the floors are squeaky and there is a tenant who lives upstairs. I had no problems with my ear plugs in at night "

"This unit is very much as depicted in photos on VRBO site. The neighborhood is interesting and feels safe, and the unit itself is very authentic to residential multi units built, I'm guessing, about 100 years ago. We recommend this place. "

This property is in a good location/quiet street.
The unit itself was clean.
The double bed was comfortable
The communication/check-in/etc. were all ok.
Cons:
On-street parking is challenging.
The property is in an old building and it shows.
The unit has been painted, but it still felt very run-down.
