I’ve stayed here before.. and it’s cheap. That’s the only redeeming quality. Dirty doesn’t say it. Towel supply non existent. Absolutely everything needs repaired or replaced. Staff untrained and has attitude of working at ritz… while working at a cesspool. Hot tub never going to be fixed. Can’t warm away enough. Just don’t.

I'm Sorry you've had a bad experience. At shift change(11pm) I personally came to your room to see if I could get the the cable unfortunately you had already gone to bed.I'll advise the manager for future, faster response to your stay issues.

Sorry to read you had a bad experience here. New owners are working on many improvements. Perhaps on your next stay you can request one of our upgraded rooms. We'd like to hear your feedback. Sorry we're waiting on a specialty pump for the hottub.

Everything was great except people going in and out all night long as they were drunk which is okay ! The room smelled like smoke when walked in the room so had to spray some perfume as had hard time breathing was stuffy all night long

Did not like the fact that the hot tub was out of service for an undetermined time, waiting for repair parts. Pool water was cool. Poor breakfast, no jam, no syrup, no butter, no eggs. we had to go somewhere else to eat. Upon arrival the lady at reception seemed quite grumpy. We will not recommend this place.

We arrived around 5 pm and the check in took forever. We waited over an hour to get checked in. There were a number of people in front of us and they had list their reservations. Just very poor service.

We stayed here as a group for a kids tournament and when first pulling up to the property the hotel looked old and run down. Upon checking in the process was long as the worker couldn’t find our reservation so while waiting went to use the bathroom facilities in the lobby and it was out of order with a hole in the floor. I asked the woman at the front desk if there was any bedbugs in the hotel and she said people have complained of them but they’ve never seen them. We finally got our keys and went to our room which was old and run down but ok considering others from the team went into rooms with unmade beds and one had a mouse trap in it. The kids had their own room by the desk on the main floor. At 4am there was people outside banging on their window telling them to open the door and threatening them as well. Room also had a smell to it. I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel to others.
