"Good comms on the phone before I arrived. Kindly suggested that I park at the secure NCP car park next door as there had been some theft recently, which was cheap enough. The room I was given had been smoked in (not the hotels fault) - the guys on the reception immediately swapped me to another room with no quibbling which was great. Hotel could do with a couple of touch ups, but it was clean and friendly and an absolute bargain compared to other options. Very good breakfast too"

"This is my second visit to this hotel. Everything was spot on and I have no complaints at all. Great value for money, very clean. Super comfy bed. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. "Our favourite Sheffield hotel, at the moment. It is set in a beautiful location on the quayside but still easy to walk to the city centre. Cars are safe in the carpark at a reasonable rate - £8.00 for 24 hours. Our room was amazing and had 2 double beds with a bath/ shower and tea making facilities/ iron & ironing board. We also had a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the canal. Everything was clean and check in was easy. We didn’t eat in the restaurant, as we couldn’t see any vegan options on the menu but the wonderful True Love bar on the quayside had a fabulous vibe and a perfect pizza menu. Breakfast at the hotel catered above and beyond our needs and all staff were so accommodating and went the extra mile. We loved every minute and although there is building work going on at the hotel at the moment, it didn’t affect us at all. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you Quayside Best Western. "
