The front lobby and main entrance must be cleaned more often. Lighting of the main entrance could be improved. "

"Room as satisfactory and service was good. Was very disappointed to learn I paid for 3 nights through Expedia and when I had a family emergency and left after 2 nights that I would still be charged for three nights."
