"Clean rooms, nice new towels, although it is looking a little tired, especially the sofa bed & carpet. Breakfast is ok, does the job. Parking cheap at £1.50 for 24 hours"

"I submitted a complaint on Thursday regarding my stay on Wedn 13th May, no reply as yet. Stayed 3 times so far & had to be moved 3 times. 1st time wind blowing through the old window's. 2nd time no privacy curtain in bathroom, there was a rail for 1. Wedn took the biscuit though. Won't go into it until I receive a reply, suffice to say the room was VERY shabby. No TV & no heat."
