When you enter this home you are welcomed with a wide open floor plan perfect for entertaining. Master bedroom has a king size bed. The attached bathroom has a walk-in shower. Guest bedroom number 1 has 2 twin beds, guest bedroom 2 has a Queen bed. Every bedroom is equip with a smart TV.
Enjoy your family time in the large living room that over looks the sparkling heated pool. Screened in lanai plus a heated pool. All brand new furniture. This home will not disappoint. Prices shown are based on 4 person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit for a period of longer than 2 days may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations. The rental Host must be advised of all additional occupants and dates they will be in the unit. Pets must be approved with Host.

Rates shown are base rents that include utilities. Additional fees include a $250 departure cleaning fee, sales/resort taxes and other fees if applicable. Charge to heat the pool is $150 a week. Great Family Rental

Property was clean, updated, spacious, and comfortable. Check in/checkout process was easy. Pool and patio great for entertaining. Beds were a bit firmer than we were used to, but new. Very nicely furnished, and kitchen stocked with all the cook ware we needed. Highly recommend in a great location.

Great stay, everything is upgreated and very clean. The pool was clean and my kids enjoyed it a lot. No complaints, everything was great!
