Property in great proximity to Legoland, pool area good for kids. Only down side was lack of food options and very expensive for what was on offer.

Stayed at village hotel in Bracknell in room 148. We booked this hotel to have a family night away in a hotel with pool facilities. Unfortunately we had an awful experience in our room. - toilet didn’t flush fully - bathroom lock was sticking But the worse was the 8am fitness class taking place full blast under our room. We were rudely woken up with the vibrations of the music of the class. My kids and we were upset as we were planning on leisurely waking up on a Sunday. My husband wanted a lie in for Father’s Day, no chance with that racket. It really soured our sleep and nights stay. Why have a room that close to a class and at that noise level/ vibration. Please could you pass to manager as we really were not happy.

We booked this hotel very last minute on the morning of our stay. I wish I had read more of the reviews beforehand! Room was very dark with very harsh desk lamps for lighting. No plug sockets round the beds. Chair had a very nasty what looked like blood stain o it! Fan in bathroom caked in dust. Soap dispenser looked like it had never been cleaned due to the black grime on it. We had dinner in the Pub/Grill. Food was actually pretty good. Huge menu but nothing really on the menu if that makes sense. Struggled to choose between just 2 things in the end. Bar staff really don't want to be there. Just grunt at you when serving. Not very welcoming. Chef constantly coming out of the kitchen to hang around the bar was off putting as he kept touching his face/hair and would then go back into the kitchen more than likely not washing his hands before touching food... Breakfast!?!? where do I begin. Gross, disgusting, dissapointing, miserable, poor...We got there about 9.15. Food was cold, bacon looked terrible. Dishes with the serving spoons on were covered in dropped food. Really disgusting. Staff would be walking around and not clean up around the hot food area. Juices were emply. They don't seem to refill these! No fruit at all anywhere! Very, very poor. My stomach is still turning just thinking about it. Only tea available was Camomile, peppermint or earl grey! Very odd. Go to Starbucks instead of wasting your money here. Actually go to another hotel rather than stay here!!

Stayed here with my husband and 5 year old for 2 nights as we were going to Legoland. Great location as only a short distance to drive to Legoland from the hotel. Check in was easy and the staff were super helpful. The room was spacious and super comfy, the beds were great. I Love the Espa products in the bathroom. Breakfast was nice, lots of options, the only thing was the hot food on the line was a little cold. I didn’t like the paying to park I think it should be free when you have paid to stay in the hotel but it wouldn’t defer us from staying there again. Overall was great

Stayed in a Club room and although I had a desk there was no chair and when I asked for one there was no chairs available so could not do any work in my room. In addition as a guest paying extra for car parking, spaces are limited due to the amount of people visiting the gym. Food was very good and the gym facilities were great.
