The Bunkhouse worked very well for cooking, eating, and playing games. We decided to have only 4 people sleeping inside, as the bunk area is a little tight. "I get my grown kids together once a year and the Riv is their choice! There's so much to do - swimming, playing (pickle ball was the thing this year), evenings relaxing on the patio, eating s'mores, and mornings having breakfast on the porch watching the sunrise. Cynthia was really great to work with, helped with all our questions beforehand, while we were there and so quick replying when we had questions. The water was amazing. "Rented a place for the week. Location was absolutely perfect. It was conveniently located to the things we wanted to spend our time doing. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. He had a little AC issue and WiFi connectivity issue upon arrival, but the property managers responded promptly and had things fixed for us ASAP."

"Home very clean nicely updated. Plenty of towels nice bedding. Lots of extras provided. The Polaris Ranger definitely a plus in getting to the river with chairs, fishing equipment etc. River was so CLEAR & CLEAN. Oh and a shoutout to the sweet little coffee shop few miles down the road Barksdale Coffee Co was pretty cool. A very quiet relaxing fun 3 nights."
