"Clean room. Good breakfast. Had to take your used towels down to front desk and pick up clean ones. Nice pool & hot tub. TV/cable hard to navigate menu & change channels. Fire place not working but knew that before booking room & it’s 85 degrees out, we didn’t care. 🙂 Good location for visiting Charlevoix, Boyne City, Petoskey MI. Called prior to arrival to change room to first floor & I believe her name was Renee, got that done for us. She was one of the nicest staff person I’ve talked to!👍 We definitely would stay @ this location again. "

"Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast options in morning. Just a very quick drive down the hill to the beach and downtown Petoskey. Didn’t wake up with a backache, which is good. Big tv. Good size fridge and microwave in room nice hot shower. Pool was nice after a VERY hot day. Decent price "

"Perfect for fishing vacation, close to both Charlevoix and Walloon lakes. Ample parking for truck and boat. Did not realize no AC, weather was beautiful with cool nights so did not need. Coming back next week with better half for fishing vacation. Hoping nights are cool again. If there was AC This place would be more than perfect. Hope it gets added in future as we hope to come every year."

"This “little hotel” is BIG on cleanliness, comfort, coziness & charm—like staying at a friend’s cool apartment. Our room had a king-sized bed with a sweet, soft quilted coverlet, & plenty of substantial pillows to prop up against the beautiful padded headboard. The muted blue hues, unique fish-patterned wallpaper & wall art, along with all the attractive & different accent pieces suggest an aquatic/island setting, very soothing to our tired bones after a long day’s drive. Our room was spotless, spacious, had all the amenities one could wish for. The shower with its just-right pressure included pleasant smelling shampoo/conditioner/body wash from convenient pumps affixed to the wall. The outside though well maintained is testament to its age, but the inside is a pleasant surprise. If we ever come this way again we will definitely stay here & will recommend it to friends & family. My ONLY complaint, really more of a concern, is that a tiny corner of the laminate flooring by the desk area (the desk is a pleasant departure from the usual hotel desk) sticks up & is somewhat sharp, something that management should address. I give the Bay Inn five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"We were so happy with our stay! The cabin was so cute, clean and comfortable! We loved that we were only a 20 min drive from Charlevoix and Petoskey. Boyne City has many cute shops and restaurants. The communication with the hosts was great. We would highly recommend this cabin for a girls getaway or a family stay. Thank you Brian and Becky"
