Clean hotel, nice location comfy king bed good air conditioning but no hand soap but good shower with a ledge for shaving which is a must !! Large room pretty quiet , pool and hot tub but a group was hogging it and we never got to go in it! Nice stay but way overpriced

We paid an exorbitant amount to stay in a second class room with virtually no amenities-- no bar, no glassware, sketchy internet connection, no restaurant onsite. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, but we were shocked at what was on offer.

The staff at check in was very welcoming. Got to the room and it was clean. Later we noticed a window was open. It was difficult to close, but we finally got it shut. That night there was a thunderstorm and wind was whistling through somewhere. Kept me awake most of the night. The next morning, discovered an open gap between the window and frame of a second window. Air conditioner ran constantly to keep the room at a reasonably comfortable temperature. On vacation, we wanted to sleep in. Put out the Do Not Disturb sign. Since that was out, housekeeping passed us by. Understandable. Inquired at Front Desk and was told if the sign is out, housekeeping would not come back, but we could pick up extra towels. As a result, the entire time we were there, we had no housekeeping (Tuesday afternoon through Saturday morning). Also, there was a youth soccer team staying at the hotel, and at 7:00 AM Thursday through Saturday, the kids in the room upstairs must have started warming up by running across the floor. Not the fault of the hotel, but definitely a hazard of staying there instead of a VRBO. Won't use that hotel again.
