The unit we stayed in was a suite and and was quite large that made our stay there more comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and updated. We would definately stay there again

Nice overall. Sofa bed quality was worst we have experienced. Pillows clumpy and have no support. Breakfast needs more healthy options. Were locked out when we left room early to get breakfast. Both cards deactivated 3 hours before check-out which was inconvenient. Only left 4 wash cloths and towels when we had a family of 6. I think improvements could be made. Overall ok.

Locked out of our room for 30 minutes, clerk kept giving us keys that didn’t work . Hotel attendant told us my kids need to keep noise at a minimum when using the pool because he didn’t want complaints while people are trying to check in. Questioned my age on taking my kids to the pool but allowed a man to drink alcohol at the pool when it clearly stated it wasn’t allowed. Woke up stuffy and coughing to see black gunk or mold caked at the top and bottom of the window. Elevators smelled liked weed . Other people said the had problems with their room cleanlinesss

Main lobby and pool were a plus. The carpets and furniture need a deep clean. The room's AC wasn't working despite the front desk trying to problem solve. The room was so humid we had condensation on the windows, and none of the windows opened. So we essentially had no ventilation. The vents to the air unit looked filthy. This place needs a deep clean!

Un peu bruyant vu la salle intérieure avec piscine qui est très écho et l'insonorisation pas maximale. Personnel accueillant, chambre propre, draps et oreillers pour divan lit déjà dans la chambre a notre arrivée. Nous le recommandons!

It was horrible I want my money back or something… The room was freezing and the heat wouldn’t work properly…the lobby and elevator smells like a drunk person was in there.. you gotta go all the way to the 4th floor just for ice .. the breakfast staff had a smart mouth… could barely get in my room cause staff and travelers stayed in the walk ways blocking them off with carts

The service was good as always. The sofa in the room was not in good condition. The charging station was not working and there was a large, dark brown stain in the box spring and mattress. There were stains on the rug.

It was a fine place to stay - nothing special. The rooms were not super clean (some staining on bedding, no the cleanest floors). The breakfast was ok, but not all that appetizing.

The location was excellent, a very easy on and off the highway. There were restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The cost was reasonable and the breakfast was enough to get you going.

Horrible experience. Would never stay here again. Water all over bathroom floor and heat did not work on 25 degree night. Concierge was unable to put me in different suite because of computer system issues and only offered blankets. Was also weirdly despondent when talking to. Seems like a poorly managed property.
