My family were treated like royalty, and all we did was show up looking really tired after a delay filled 24 hour journey. This human touch was really appreciated by my family. "Fantastic decor throughout with very helpful and friendly staff. Small but well appointed gym. Breakfast very good. Doping bar is great. Navigli is lively with lots of places to eat and drink. Duomo is walkable in about 25 mins. Large room with very comfortable large bed. A couple of pieces of furniture in the room needed upgrading but these are minor points."
