"first of all i want to thank ian senior his an amazing man goes above and beyond such a caring person upgraded me for free with a pitch view i had great welcoming the room was really good clean everything the hotel is great location not far from trafford centre 10min drive also other locations only disappointing thing was the pillows they wasn’t comfortable at all had a sore neck in morning would definitely book again "

"Staff were lovely, first rooms we were allocated hadnt been cleaned. We reported and got moved to other rooms. Then our heating wasnt working. Eventualy got it working, then woke next morning to being freezing as it wasnt working again. Breakfast was cold "
