"The room inside was okay. The outside is horrible! Broken car glass all over. Transients hanging around and looking inside of every car! There's absolutely NO security at this location. I will never come back here!"

"We didnt realize this was a pet friendly hotel...when we got to the second floor it immediately smelled like dog pee. I was concerned. When we got in our room, it smelled heavily of Fabuloso or other cleaning products, which made us feel like there had been a pet accident in our room. I am sensitive to heavy synthetic fragrances, I had to get out of the room. We had to have the window open for a few hours even though it was warm outside. It eventually got better. The last day when we sat by the pool, its a small area & smelled so bad of dog poop. Not a lot of places you can leave to... Staff was friendly, breakfast was great, but the pet stuff wasnt fun."

"Mid-range hotel, consistent with the price. Very friendly staff. Overall clean. However, there was an extremely strong perfume smell in the room, and it was impossible to air it out. The smell was still there the next morning. I should have asked to change rooms, but I didn’t, thinking it would go away… I was wrong! "

"My bathroom light didn’t work and I asked front desk if I could change rooms to at least do my makeup I had an event to go to. She said maintenance wasn’t around or her manager . And there was nothing she could do. I couldn’t understand why i couldn’t change rooms. And she never called me back to let me know if maintenance was there. I had to do my makeup with my phone light on. I won’t be going back! "
