Looks like they are in the midst of a remodel which is a good thing. However the room was not as clean as I would like. The shower, while looking like it was newer had absolutely terrible water pressure. The water came out as a trickle. Breakfast was pretty minimal. The staff were welcoming and helpful.
This is a great place to stay especially budget wise, the staff was great and very helpful as well as friendly. Breakfast was great with tasting waffles with a variety of options to top the waffles. Rooms were very clean and spacious, pool was available during our stay which we stayed in the summer so it was a plus, the A/C worked great in the room so our stay was “cool” 😉 pun intended. Thanks Super8 me and my family enjoyed our stay!
Very good stay for travelers who want to stop and test and continue their travel. Very comfortable bed & mattress. Easy park & check in. Don’t rely on the breakfast it is quick grab & go type, won’t make your stomach full.
We tried to stay here two years ago and the property was a disaster. We were very pleased to find that there is new management and the property has been renovated. The man at the front desk let me preview the room before booking. The room was clean and roomy, and the beds were comfortable. We had a great experience!
We visited this place during the Juneteenth weekend for Sequoia National Park. The experience was terrible. The place was not clean, there was dust, stains in the room and bathroom. The fridge was not working properly and there was a big ice block frozen (see pictures). The breakfast options were very limited, there were no fruits, limited bagel options. We asked for a toothpaste as well and didn't have anything. No drinking water in the room. After coming from a tiring trip the room was dirty and the service was very poor. The owner of this place also didn't bother about anything. Overall the experience was not good. Instead look for other options.
Staff was really helpful and room was neat and clean highly recommend

Ok for the price . Room was clean . Had the basic necessities. Had to change rooms because the first room assigned had an annoying noise coming from the Air Conditioner. Other than that was ok .
As graduates of hospitality and culinary programs, we truly appreciate the complimentary breakfast items you already provide — the bananas, apples, French toast, cereals, and breads are great. We would just like to kindly suggest adding eggs (scrambled or hard‑boiled) and sausages to help create a more complete and satisfying breakfast. It’s a small addition that would make a big difference. Thank you very much for considering this.”
The room was big it had a lot of space the room is nicer looking then the rooms in motel 6 I was really surprised how good the rooms looked

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
First of all I appreciated that they allowed me to check in with a photo of my passport as I had lost my wallet. They also accepted $100 as a cash deposit As I have no credit cards on me.
Now for the rest. This is the hotel room I would pay $60 for. Not 120 which is what it cost me.. The sink for the bathroom had barely a trickle of water coming out of it. When I went to use the shower, The handle was janky and almost fell off in my hand. When I went to use the toilet paper, I pulled on the paper and the roll holder just collapsed and the roll fell on the ground. There were holes in the wall above the TV from a previous television installation. It seems crazy to me cuz it's literally a 20-minute fix. The swimming pool water was pretty dirty and cloudy. I didn't consider going in at all. The Continental breakfast was good, and surprisingly, The coffee was pretty good.
As far as the staff goes. They were extremely friendly and helpful when I was trying to book the room. When I arrived, I didn't get that sam feeeling at all. I arrived early for check-in, and my room was not yet ready. I asked them if I could wait in the lobby. They told me no I must wait outside in the heat. This is definitely not a hotel that provides service with a smile. They seem pretty pissed off. And I don't know why. Oh and the other thing that got me, was the light they put outside on the walkway. It is so bright, it bleeds through the shutters even when they are closed. Makes it hard to get to sleep.
This was my first time staying at this super eight and I have to say it was all good. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room has been recently remodeled and felt clean modern and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip through Visalia.
My wife and I have stayed at Super 8 Motels all over the west, the Visalia location is one of our favorite's very clean and freshly remodeled, plus it has a laundry room ! very convenient!
Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was clean, but the smell of cleaning products was a bit overwhelming. The bed was almost too high for me to get on it. The blanket was paper thin. If you go in the winter, I recommend bringing a blanket.

The staff w as so very friendly. I even lost my key and luckily they gave me another. There were a few things though not enough adequate parking. The door to my room had a huge gap underneath it anyone walking by could hear me and I could hear them coming. Lack of movie channels. And there wasn't any lotion provided. Positives are price and the rooms are really nice. The king bed i had was so soft I took a nap on accident when I checked In. The shower doors and the provided shampoo and bodywash are a hit in this place the height of the head was nice the walls of the shower were simple but beautiful and the shower doors they used were so interesting in their design I kept starring as I opened and closed it thinking the designer has made it perfect. I wish I'd took pictures.
Property is being remodeled. Units look great unfortunately I am a handyman and see everything. Lol when i got there the staff had all the linens on the ground outside the room. I assume that is their washing room. All exterior trash cans were full. First time staying at this location. It was quiet. The breakfast is a simple light breakfast..
I highly suggest management to walk the oroperty and ensure its clean.
Love the area and I would definitely stay there again.
