"Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. We were assigned room 1201. After check-in, we went to the tiki bar. Food was very good. I had the smash burger and my boyfriend had the fried boneless chicken thighs - Nashville Hot. The room was clean but there had been prior water damage. Unfortunately, the King bed was a mattress on a metal frame. The mattress was well worn and our backs let us know the morning of checkout. The metal frame made lots of noise whenever you turn over or get in or out of bed. The A/C worked well but was very noisy. After the first night, we left the fan on the continuous setting which helped with the noise. The rooms have beautiful plantation shutter s but no darkening curtains. We brought 2 beach towels from home and we used those to block out the light after waking up way to early the first morning. Our room was at the end of the building closest to the highway and the road noise from semi trucks was noisy. The property is well maintained but we didnt get the rest and relaxation we were looking for. The hot tub had teenagers in it and the temperature was probably in the upper 90's so we didn't get to enjoy it."

"Should have stayed at the holiday inn. For the price i paid ($165) honestly expected better. Even the Marriotts are only $115-$135 and have better quality standards. Room was just basic but the outside looked nice i guess."

"Wonderful cozy rental. Great location, very new and clean. There’s even an outdoor lift which we found very helpful to haul up our luggage. The only downside is that it has a dorm size refrigerator, which does not cool evenly. We only stayed for a few days, but the refrigerator would not have been sufficient space for someone staying for multiple days. I don’t think it’s necessary to have a large refrigerator, but maybe a medium size one with even cooling would be better. That’s just a recommendation, but I still give it five stars."

"Sort of weird. The hotel is currently literally inside a construction zone - you have to drive down a rough dirt road to get there. The room is quite run-down (the construction is replacing the current structure). But everything - wifi, AC, plumbing - works. The free continental breakfast is a joke. However, it is on the water. The back door of the room opens right onto the bay. We saw manatees and a dolphin right there. The attached restaurant is just fine. "

"Beautiful grounds and gardens. Lovely croissants delivered each afternoon. Great location - walking distance to town, restaurants, parks, swimming. Breakfast served in addition to croissants. Onsite restaurant next door. Rooms were adorable but - needed extra towel racks, luggage racks were unavailable, but that is small compared to the quaint, quiet, and lovely setting. would stay here again! Loved!"

"The property was so good to us! Location of the house is perfect, you had the springs right there along with little shops and restaurants all within walking distance! Our dog was so comfortable there we had no worries about leaving him there to relax while we went to adventure. The outside area was very relaxing. 10/10 would stay again "

"Location location location. We love our stay here on the canal. Three sisters springs is a 5 minute paddle down the canal and we enjoyed going in the evening and had it ourselves for 3 nights in the row. Pete was a wonderful host. He was very quick to respond to my messages and very kind. We had a problem with a light downstairs and he came right over to fix it. Bess were clean and comfortable. Kitchen had basic amenities. The place could use a good cleaning but over all for the price and location we was ok with it. Neighbor was very sweet. Over all I would definitely come back here."
