"The check in staff let us in early and this was appreciated as my husband was ill. The room was clean. The breakfast was adequate. I used the fitness room which did not open until 9 am and breakfast was over at 9:30 so working out before breakfast is not an option. The fitness room has no weights and the left handlebar on the treadmill is loose but otherwise it is an adequate fitness room for this type of hotel. "

"We just stopped for one night, last minute booking. The front desk policy is no checkin after 10 pm, but since we paid thru Hotels.com, they were okay with our late checkin. We had our two small fur babies and there are plenty of areas for them to do their business, around the hotel. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The only downside was that we could not get the tv to work and no curtains, just blinds. On a first floor room, it was a bit odd, but not a game changer. Overall a nice stay. "

"It was a good deal for a 3-bedroom place that puts you about the same time from the airport as is does to downtown Colorado Springs. There were no hiccups aside from me making one major , "whoopsie", but the host understood and it was quickly resolved. It was a lovely place to stay. Thanks for hosting us!Cons: The front door is kinda sticky. When that's the worst thing to say about a place, you know it's pretty great."

"Nice and clean. No control of AC so it got a little hot at times, when communicated w/ owner I was told to turn on ceiling fans! The stairs down to the lower apartment are steep so be aware. That’s my only complaint! She was very sweet! "
