"The front desk staff were friendly and so helpful. The room was so large and very clean. The murphy bed was a huge hit with the kids. The walk in shower with the rain shower head was very nice! The pool was the whole reason we travelled from Edmonton, and it didnt dissapoint. The kids spent at least 3 hours each day in it, there was ample seating for those not swimming, and it was so clean and well maintained. The Jetz Lounge and the reastaurant had great food, great drinks, and very reasonsble pricing. The skyharbour breakfast buffet was also phenomenal! If we ever have a reason to book a room in Calgary, we will choose the Port O' Call every time! "

"I would never stay here again ,the property is located in the worst part of downtown,drugs use everywhere,unsafe ,had to pay for underground parking.card expeired so could not access parking to my car Notnhelpfull staff Homeless people shooting is your view from your room . Felt unsafe scare i would step on neeedles "
