The water pressure in that room was very low. it takes about 5 minutes for the shower to heat up. There is nothing comfortable to sit on in that room except for that hard bench. it would be nice to have a comfortable chair at least.

The pool was closed as I assume it was because of the large hockey team there, we booked this hotel for the pool for my daughter so it made my stay a bit less exciting for her and had to spend extra money for activities. Definitely should let people booking prior to this if amenities are not available.

Hotel itself was good nothing at all wrong with it, but it is beside a main highway however and people slam on the gas going by which makes it very very loud, and the other small issue we had it we had smart TVs with no access to steaming services or the ability to mirror from our phones, other than that a good stay.

Yeah had some person knocking down doors and complaing about the noise while we were shifting from one room to another bcoz their air conditioning was not working nd the staff was there and didnt even bother to calm him down we had to defend ourselves. Smoke detector started making a racket and noise at 5:15 AM and never give it up till we checked out. I told the counter staff about it and they didn’t do anything for me. Only said he’d send someone to change a battery later never even offered a discount.
