Welcome to this newly remodeled, spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in the center of the Bay Area, Newark. It is close to the freeway 880, and 84, restaurants, supermarkets, also big corps, like Tesla, FB, and Stanford University. Ideal for business travelers, and families, up to 8 people.

The space
The home is new remodeled in 2021, over 1500 sq ft, smart home features and modern design. Full functional open Kitchen, Living room, a large dining table to seat everyone and a huge TV for you to enjoy with Roku. Washer and Dryer are available in the garage. High-speed wifi (Over 400MB).

There is a separate independent unit(500 sq ft) on the left side, and nothing shared with the main building(1500 sq ft). Guests have the entire independ 3B2B house(1500 sq ft), entire pack yard, 2 car garage, and 2 driveway parking.

Clean and Quiet

The property was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Just what we were looking for. The property has a few quirks (outlets that don't work, oddly small bedroom, etc), but so do most vacation rentals. The main living space has an open layout with newer finishes. The big bedroom with two queen beds, it's own bathroom, and large walk-in closet is at the top of some narrow stairs. Not ideal for our family, but may not be an issue for others. The two smaller bedrooms are downstairs and share a large bathroom. We enjoyed watching the neighborhood cat colony. They won't let you pet them, but they are entertaining. Overall, we liked staying in this property.

This place was clean spacious and in a good neighborhood enjoyed are stay very much. I would most definitely book again
