"Wow, I honestly don’t know where to start; this host is simply amazing! She is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and professional. I made a last-minute booking for my three boys (ages 25, 14, and 10), who were traveling on their own and required 23 hours stop over before their next long flight to Australia , she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.
Her communication was impeccable, detailed, clear, and with very quick responses. She personally picked the kids up from the airport and even allowed them to check in around 11 a.m., well before the usual 2 p.m. check-in time. The apartment was clean, spacious, well-equipped with amenities, and located in a secure estate close to the airport. According to the boys, there was visible security throughout the area, which made them feel very safe.
They were also able to explore within the estate and enjoy decent meals nearby, everything was convenient and accessible. What truly touched me was that she also took the time to drop them back at the airport and stayed in regular communication throughout their stay.
I am beyond grateful for her kindness and care. She’s a wonderful person, and I would highly recommend her to anyone stopping over or visiting Casablanca. I’ll definitely be telling my friends about her!
