The 1 bedroom suite with balcony was a very desirable room . It was clean and great for a small family. One issue was the odor when you enter. The smell of wet dampness was present when you enter the room which was an unfortunate turnoff however after a while you forget about it.and open the sliding door and issue resolved.

You can’t go wrong

First of all the staff are incredible, they are all so so helpful. I was disappointed with the fact they don’t serve alcohol. After a 4 hour journey in the heat I was dreaming of an ice cold beer on arrival. There was a coffee machine in the room but no pods. I asked for pods but they were never delivered. I also asked for milk capsules but they don’t do them so it’s black coffee or black tea. The room was new and the electrics to sophisticated for their own good. Turn out the lights and you can’t watch TV. Spent 30 minutes trying to fathom it out but to no avail. All in all, perfect. It was the staff that made the hotel special.

I had a very disappointing experience at Eurostars Casa Anfa. I made a reservation in advance through a well-known booking platform and received confirmation prior to arrival. After a long international flight, we arrived at the hotel expecting a smooth check-in. Instead, we were informed that our reservation could not be honored because we did not have a marriage certificate to prove we are married. This requirement was never clearly stated on the hotel’s website or during the booking process. If this is an official policy, it should be communicated transparently and prominently before guests complete their reservation. Travelers do not typically carry marriage certificates while on vacation, so this came as a complete surprise. The lack of clear communication caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience after a long journey. We were unable to rest as planned and left feeling very disappointed. Greater transparency about policies would help future guests avoid the same situation.

Desayuno muy regular, pocas opciones y todo muy insipido. muchas cosas secas o frias que no se reponen... café muy muy malo. Lo mejor del lugar la localización. el rooftop también me gustó aunque no pude utilizarlo. indicar que son 70dhs el parking, cosa que no indican en ningun lado y me parece que es mala praxis no indicarlo. Muchos hoteles en casablanca, más centricos no cobran el parking. Por lo demas el personal es muy servicial y educado. Solo ponen agua el primer dia y no reponen por politica de empresa, otro punto menor para un hotel que está enfocado a los negocios...
