Just a short walk away is West Over cliff Drive from where breath-taking sea views can be enjoyed and access to seven miles of sandy beaches stretching across one of the most popular areas of the South Coast. Bournemouth Town Centre and Westbourne are both easily accessible.

New Ground floor apartment, 4 mins walk to beach offers a very high specification.

Guests can relax in the garden at the property, constructed in 2018 to a very high specification, tastefully designed to be in-keeping with the adjoining Edwardian building. Accommodation to this property is well proportioned, offering a large open plan lounge/diner/ kitchen, two double bedrooms, bathroom and ensuite shower room.

The kitchen area comprises integrated appliances, built-in oven & gas hob, dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, kettle and a toaster. The kitchen island is a good size with plenty of room for high seating, within the island is a useful pop-up electrical outlet.

Externally, there is an allocated parking space. The communal gardens comprise of a large lawn area with surrounding borders and mature trees providing privacy from the road. A security gate from the grounds provides access directly to Middle Chine, from where you can enjoy a wooded walk to one of Bournemouth's award-winning Blue Flag sandy beaches.
