This spacious, 1700 sq. foot home is perfectly laid out where guests can enjoy separation between the living space and the bedroom wing. In warmer months, the front yard and patio offer a perfect place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine while marveling at the foothills views. This home has been renovated to a high level of finish and is extremely comfortable and well-appointed. This is a lovingly cared-for personal residence, not just your run of the mill rental! You can walk everywhere - Ideal Market (Whole Foods) is 1.5 blocks, 7 blocks to both Pearl and Hiking at Mt Sanitas. Please note that security cameras will be in use at each of the entrances to the property during your stay, for safety purposes. There are no interior cameras, and we respect guests privacy.
