We were initially checked into a room that had an unpleasant odor. It was not supposed to be a pet friendly room but smelled like possible pet urine or poop not fully cleaned up in the room. The bed linens in the room also showed visible wear. The staff kindly allowed is to change to a different room, which was better. Only one of three ice machines was working. The breakfast room smelled excessively of cooked bacon. The hotel was older and not to the level of quality we usually have at a Comfort Inn.

Staff was very courteous and responsive. Our room was clean. The drain in the tub was very slow and backed up while showering. The AC was not working well, and the ice machine on the third floor by our room was not working and was leaking water in the floor. The breakfast was decent. Overall impression, clean and quiet, with some maintenance shortcomings.

Our room was clean and very comfy. We were close to a nearby lake with walking trails around it. That was really nice!! Staff was friendly. I would definitely come again.

we booked this hotel because we came in early for move in weekend. they only had one room available and it smelled like cigarette smoke. Even though the hotel advertises on its walls, websites and key cards that is smoke-free rooms we brought this to the front desk managers attention and he said sortty its the only room they have. He would not refund us as our night was booked through Expedia, we couldn't stay here as my son has asthma. We had to find different accommodations so we had to pay for a night in a hotel that we didn't even use. Be truly careful if you book here because someone with a medical condition as asthma shouldn't have to suffer in a smoking room when they're advertising says no smoking would have never booked in the first place if the rooms were smoking.

It was a nice enough hotel, however people were using the fitness center in the middle of the night from 3-5AM, making noise with the equipment, slamming the door and talking loudly in the hallway. The hotel should restrict access to that room overnight to avoid waking people!
