Beautiful spacious home in heart of Boulder
- Fully remodeled home with gorgeous patios and mountain views. Close to lots of hiking trails and walking distance to downtown Boulder and CU Campus. Also a short walk to the Hill, Campus, Parks, Boulder Creek, shopping, food and bars. Ideal location for any parents visiting their kids at CU, business men looking for a clean and nice work environment, or a few families coming to vacation in Boulder.
The home is about 2700 sqft with an open layout. There are two master suites with their own bathrooms housing a King bed and a Queen Bed, three other rooms with a combination of bunk beds and a queen, queen and a comfortable pull out couch. Lots of sleeping room for large parties. Zoned for 3 unrelated parties
In the summer the garden is filled with home grown vegetables which you are welcome to cook with.
