2 Bedroom Vacation Rental-Central Boulder

Looking for a fully equipped rental for your next vacation in Boulder? Visiting family for their graduation or CU events? This vacation rental is centrally located just 2 minutes away from CU's (Colorado University's) campus and a 7 minute drive to Pearl Street Mall in downtown Boulder. It is set in the quiet neighborhood of Park East Square and is positioned right on Boulder’s bike path. Boulder currently has approximately 400 miles of bike paths throughout the city which are fun for touring the city and family outings. The condo is conveniently located close to Baseline Rd. and Arapahoe Rd. where you will find the 29th Street mall and several shopping areas of Boulder. Chataqua Park and Sanitas Trail are two of the most popular hiking trails that are within a 5-10 minute drive to the trail head from the condo. In addition, its proximity to Foothills Parkway road makes it easy to leave the central area if you are traveling outside of Boulder to Denver, Louisville, Longmont, the Boulder Reservoir, Lafayette, Estes Park, or the Summit County area for skiing and snowboarding. If you decide to ski or snowboard close to Boulder, Eldora Mountain Resort is only a 45 minute drive from Boulder.

The condo is 1,000 sq ft, one level with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, fully equipped kitchen and living/entertainment area, air conditioning/central heat, wood burning stove, and front porch balcony. The living space has a sectional couch and large flat screen television with DVD player and stereo. The master bedroom has a king size memory foam bed that is very comfortable and spacious. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed with a feather-bed topper, also very comfortable. Condo sleeps 4, great for two couples or a family of four. All linens are provided as well as complimentary shampoo, hand soaps, and kitchen spices.

For the summer months, there is a neighborhood pool with the mountain views just steps away from the front door. This condo does has central air conditioning.

Rental duration can be arranged by the night, week, or month. (2 night minimum stay.)

One of the nicest rentals I've stayed in. The owner clearly spent a great deal of care in decorating the place and making sure everything I could need was there. Bed was super comfortable with a lovely down comforter. Would definitely stay there again!

Our stay at this 2 bedroom condo in Boulder was just what we were looking for as a home base for the weekend we moved our son into CU. Nothing too fancy, but convenient to the campus, very comfortable, clean, quiet neighborhood with a friendly and accommodating host. Having a kitchen, laundry room, and living room certainly beat staying in a hotel. Would stay there again.

Great Boulder Experience

We enjoyed our time in Boulder. The condo was clean and just what we needed for our short stay. The only complaint is it was a little hard to find. Google maps had us on the back side of the property with no through way to the front and could not reroute us to the front.

Great location next to CU campus

My friend and I spent two nights here while we had a recertification class at CU's campus. Very clean rental. it was simple and what we needed to have our own bedrooms, a kitchen for our meals, and a comfortable living room space for the evenings. My only feedback was that the host was difficult to get ahold of prior to our stay. I sent a few messages through VRBO concerning our reservation with a looming snowstorm but never heard back. Thankfully we were able to make it from Wyoming ahead of the storm.

Comfy Condo

Very nice condo close to campus. We enjoyed the quiet and liked not being right in the heart of busy Boulder. Easy access to all major shopping. Well equipped kitchen, great tv and very comfy beds. Enjoyed this for a small family reunion. Beautiful walking trail next to the property that connects with all the bike trails in Boulder. Would definitely stay here again. Owner was very nice to work with.

Perfect rental for Boulder vacation!

My husband and I came out to Boulder to spend Thanksgiving with our children who live in Lafayette. The condo was very clean, very comfortable and very well equipped. I cooked a traditional Thanksgiving dinner here, a 14 lb turkey and 8 sides, and the condo had everything I needed except for a turkey roaster😊. We have been very happy staying here as it is so centally located. It is very close to beautiful places to hike as well as the local stores. It really was the perfect accommodation and I hope it is available the next time we come out to visit our kids!

Host makes every amenity available, especially in kitchen & bath. Very comfortable beds!!! Great communication, almost immediate responses. Washer & dryer appreciated. Perfect location. Only recommendation would be better lighting in bedrooms & bath & an interior rug near front door for snowy boots & shoes. Overall cozy & comfy! Great experience from start to finish.

Great condo in Boulder

We enjoyed our stay here and the condo was in a great location. They had everything we needed there and the place was super clean. We even had the chance to take the kids to the pool while here. We would definitely book here again. The only reason we gave 4 stars on check in was because we had somehow been given the wrong instructions that hadn't been updated. However, we called the local contact and she immediately answered and helped us figure out how to get in.

Nice and Centrally located

Very clean and a very nice place and I highly recommend. The host was extremely responsive and helpful! Only reason for 4 stars was parking was an issue which was not clearly indicated in the description. 2 of the 4 nights I had to park in the street as the parking area was full, which wasn't a big deal except it's a tow away zone after 2 hours during the daytime hours of 9-5. Also it is on the 2nd level - so a flight of stairs which isn't mentioned (I don't think) in the description, which wasn't an issue since my wife who uses a walker was not with me, but just be aware that there is a flight of stairs to get into the condo. Anyway - a super place to stay.

Lovely, clean and well-stocked condo with parking in a very long, quiet cul de sac. There are no restaurants/shops of any sort walking distance but we had a car and everything we needed was about 10 minutes away only. One issue was a miscommunication that prevented us from being able to access the community pool until end of the day our last night - none of the communications explained that a key was required to access the pool at any time or indicated where the key could be obtained (it had been inside a small container on one of the top shelves in the laundry room - a guest would have never been able to find it on their own). After 2 messages via VRBO asking about how to access the pool went unanswered, we ultimately got a hold of someone by phone and she kindly got us an answer so we could get the key and use the pool before leaving. The pool is really worthwhile - the view is stunning from there! Also, though the calendar showed no guest booked for the same day we were leaving, when I asked if we could check out at noon instead of 10am because my daughter had online class from 9-12pm, they were unwilling to accommodate (I was told it was due to cleaning staff). I understand it's not always possible to accommodate such a request, but they could have at least offered to let my daughter sit outside on the front porch entrance to use the wifi, especially since we didn't see the cleaning crew there at 10am anyway. Other than those two issues, we really enjoyed our stay.
