"Such a beautiful surprise. The staff is very hospitable, the area is peaceful (there is even a sauna and draft beer), and the room was clean. Boulder is a 15-minute drive, and Nederland is around 30 minutes, so good location imo. "

So many little touches throughout to make your stay more enjoyable/easy: spices, good quality cooking oil, teas, coffee, razors, toothpaste/brushes, first aid supplies, you name it! "I rented this house for all my bridesmaids for my wedding and it was perfect. The house was pristinely clean and equipped with bathroom and kitchen necessities and then some. The location was stunning - a 3 minute drive to Pearl Street but also so close to hiking trails. Special shout out to Marshall who went above and beyond for us to ensure we had an amazing stay - even left flowers, wine and a congratulatory note! So thoughtful. Couldn't recommend this property and management more!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful retreat in Boulder. Nestled in nature, the property offered the quiet and calm we were hoping for, with Pearl Street being a close drive. Waking up to the sound of birds and fresh mountain air was a dream. Highly recommend for anyone wanting the best of both worlds—serenity and convenience. The host was very accommodating as well.
