You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Redwood Getaway #2

Simple studio (single room) apartment. Refrigerator, sink, hot plate, Brevada Oven and microwave. Coffee pot (coffee pods and half and half are provided. Bring your own sweetener.) Bathroom with shower. Murphy bed with couch. TV

Check in: After 4:00 PM
Check out: 11:00 AM

The hosts live on the property with two dogs who are very sweet but do bark when new people arrive.

The space
Quiet redwood retreat with nine redwood trees. Walking distance to downtown Boulder Creek.

Guest access
Studio with deck attached. There are stairs to the property. Washer and dryer upon request for a fee.

Other things to note
Charcoal BBQ is available.

When you book please know that we are in the mountains and the WIFI is not like it is in the city. It is spotty and slow and works great some days but not others. If you are coming to work, it will be slow but you can pay to tap into the city wifi. This is $10 and I have never done it but a previous guest has.

The murphy bed with couch is one piece of furniture. The couch is available for use when the bed is up against the wall. When the bed comes down, the couch disappears. There is only a queen bed for sleeping.

This unit is attached to a detached garage. The door that goes into the garage is locked from the garage side.

Nice lil place in the woods
It was a great place to stay about 30 min out of Santa Cruz. I was there to do a college tour with my kiddo. The owners actually let us switch last minute to their bigger place but I saw this one as well. My only negative was that I couldnt get internet to download the instructions to get in (should have downloaded it before I left home) but the owners saw me and came to greet us. So nice
