"I would like if the Ritz would provide complimentary transportation to some of the restaurants and shopping.We payed 60 dollars to go to Vita on the Rocks one way (we got ripped off by taxi driver)they take advantage of the tourists which I didn’t like.But will return with a different game plan on eating which is very expensive also,and screening taxi driver fares the next time we come,the water there is the best I’ve seen and very inviting."

"The resort was quiet, relaxing, with beautiful tropical grounds, gorgeous pools and was right on the beach. "

"The Sands was a lovely resort. Grace Bay is our favorite place in the world and The Sands is also conveniently located to the shopping area as well. We loved the pool facing the ocean and the restaurant on site was cute. However, I would not reserve a first floor Garden Suite again. We were disappointed in ours as the patio area was enclosed and there was no airflow. It was very hot and surrounded by foliage so felt a little claustrophobic. We asked to be moved to the second floor and the staff was very lovely and accommodating. Our second floor suite was very nice! "

"We did a Thursday to Monday trip. It was very relaxing as it was a slow time in September. Room was clean and the Ocean view was amazing. Most of the staff was nice some of them were not as energetic as others. Food at the jojo’s restaurant was good, fish was there. Beach was nice and well kept. We will definitely be back "
