"Clean room but toilets in bar were awful. Dirty and very worn.
Restaurant staff all wonderful but need training on making sure diners have basics like cutlery before food is delivered. One gent brought us a knife and fork for dessert.
Food was sub par too. Cold (supposed to be hot) mozzarella and pesto panini. Awful filling in a steak pie. 2 types of fruit on the breakfast buffet.
Drinks service in the bar was slow.
Room was clean and well kept, my only issue was no proper lighting anywhere.
My spa treatment was amazing. Hayley was perfect in every way.
Not enough loungers in the pool area but relaxation room was lovely.
All staff pleasant and helpful.
Only ever one person on reception so you had to wait ages for service.
The doors to get in the reception were pull only which is not good enough when you have luggage. "
"We had a wonderful stay from beginning to end. We were late arriving and reception were very friendly and helpful. The home was very warm, clean and smelled fresh and new. Housekeeping had done a great job.
The location was quiet and peaceful.
The food in the clubhouse was very tasty and well priced. The bar staff were great.
Overall, everyone made it a lovely stay.
We would definitely go back and look at buying there."
