Hotel was in a great location. My only complaint is that there was no air-conditioning but thankfully it was cool enough to just open the window and get a fan to keep us cool at night.

Hotel is well located - close to subway station, and easy to walk in to Black Bay. Hotel room was lovely - very big room with lots of space. Modern and quiet. Communal space was quite small, and amenities were lacking somewhat.

A very convenient location, within walking distance of downtown. The room was clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was, with plenty of room for the whole family. The breakfast was very basic, Overall, we had a pleasant stay and felt it was good value for money!

Overall great value for money. Great location, clean, nice pillows! However the bathroom was really small and when you turned on the light a light outside the bathroom turned on making it difficult to shower/use the restroom without waking up the whole room.

Hotel was exactly as advertised: clean, affordable, centrally located, and safe. All the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. Definitely not a new property but perfectly sufficient for a long weekend in a good location. Would happily stay here again.
