Initial room was freezing, swapped rooms & it was only marginally better. No smart tv? Really? This day in age! Old cable resdy tv guide only options? I was told this place waa allegedly "renovated"...what a joke! Only saving grace was the friendly helpful staff. Avoid this hotel @ all cost. 1st impression was horrific! Book anywhere else!

Rooms are standard and clean. However, the staff is ill equipped to make the experience with the hotel feel comfortable. Example: I asked for extra bottled water and was told no. My room was half cleaned. New towels were brought in but the bed was left unmade which was very odd. Layout of the hotel was the most confusing place I've ever stayed. I walked in circles everytime I tried to find my room or leave the hotel. More clear signage to exits would be very helpful.
