It is walking distance to Malden downtown, a wide selection of restaurants, two grocery stores (stop and shop and super 88), and New England Coffee. There is a very nice park right in the corner. There is one brewery in downtown Malden and quite a few in Everett that is not far. Close to Malden Center train station that takes you to Boston downtown.
