Great hotel. Right on Orchard road and near shopping centres. We were able to check in a bit early which was wonderful after a long haul flight.

We used the car park at chancellor but the system was complicated and got in trouble many times when got out, they couldn’t read credit card. I think this is the only complaint I’d like them to improve. But all in all, the stay was awesome. Thank you and I hope stay at this hotel again.

Poor upkeep - even the pool area garden was engulfed in weeds. The "sustainable" water feature is hard to use and they only give you tiny glasses that overflow at even the lowest setting. The beds are comfortable, though.

A good hotel in lower Orchard, a few steps from Somerset MRT. My room, in a corner, was unfortunately dark but otherwise very comfortable..

Great location for getting around. Room was a bit tired looking, but clean and quiet. Staff were OK, but not particularly welcoming. However, no real complaints. I would stay there again.

Previous visits we have had what was a single room with a double bed in it. This time we had a niceer room. Only had a bath with shower over. Breakfast was dussappointing again.

The hotel was conveniently located near Orchard Road and subway station was also close by. The hotel staff were pleasant and warm. The only issue I had was that the refrigerator was not working so we weren’t able to have cold water since the filtered water dispenser inside the room only dispenses hot or room temp water. The safe was also closed so we were not able to use it, but that was no big deal. In fairness, we were always out or came back late so they couldn’t really go into the room to look or fix it. I liked the security lock on their doors, it was so simple but effective.
